Are you detail-oriented, quality-driven, and passionate about delivering excellence? We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive with experience in Quality Call Auditing within the US Healthcare sector to help maintain the highest service and compliance standards.
Your Role:
- Monitor and audit calls to ensure quality standards are met
- Evaluate communication, accuracy, compliance, and customer handling
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching for performance improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and internal policies
- Prepare QA reports and highlight process improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Quality Call Auditor / QA Executive
- Background in the US Healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Graduate / Master’s degree
- Brilliant communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Shift Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Location: Paragon City, Barki Road, Lahore
