Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of certain field-related topics
  • Fresh with excellent communication Skills
  • 2 years experience in the BPO industry or a reputed call center. or
  • Medical billing, Pharmacy courses, or any related courses to the field are a plus point.
  • Fluent in the required language i.e. English
  • Knowledge of calling principles and practices
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment
